Artwork & File Setup
A great display starts with a print-ready file. Follow these steps to help your artwork move smoothly into production.
Prepare your file
- Use a print-ready PDF or high-resolution JPG.
- Work in CMYK. Convert fonts to outlines and embed images.
- Use 150 dpi at final size for raster artwork, unless your product template specifies otherwise.
- Build to the correct product dimensions. Do not add crop marks or extra bleed unless the template requests it.
Share your design
Upload files up to 20 MB on the product page. For larger files or multiple panels, paste a download link with access enabled. Name files clearly by product, size, and panel, and include instructions in your project notes.
Canopies and multi-panel displays
Ask CanopyCraft for the correct template before designing. Different sizes and hardware systems use different layouts. Clearly label front, back, left and right panels.
Your event deadline
Contact us before ordering if your display is needed by a specific date. Artwork readiness affects production; transit time is separate from production time.
